Branded is the first book in the Fall of Angels series.  I first had the idea for this while watching "The Phantom of the Opera" with my husband one night.  The term "angel of music" struck me for some reason.  It seemed odd to be applying the term "angel" to the phantom, who was this terrifying man.  Not what you usually think of as an angel.  The idea of terrifying angels kept running through my head and eventually Branded came out onto page.  Keep an eye out for FORSAKEN, the second in the series, late this summer!
